Affordable luxury and privacy inside the gates of Yosemite. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 60-foot wrap around deck overlooking Crane Creek in Foresta. Your ideal family vacation headquarters.

The expansive living room includes satellite TV, VCR, and stereo. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The two back bedrooms have an adjacent full bath. One bedroom is semi-private only, converted from the den off the living room. A sofa hide-a-bed and futon provide two more beds; 3 single air mattresses are also available. All beds are queen size. Linens, bedding, and towels are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped; you only need to bring food, beverages, and a good time.

Check-in time: 4:00pm. Check-out time: 11:00am.
No pets and no smoking.
No wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
Quiet hours in the Foresta community are 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
For road and weather conditions, call 209-372-0200. Snow chains are required to be carried November through April.
During snow conditions, chains may be required to reach the property.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are charged a minimum of 5% of booking principal.
Cancellations 7 to 30 days before reserved dates are charged 50% of booking principal.
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before reserved dates.
Refunds, however, will be made for cancelled dates that we rebook.
No refund for occurrences beyond anyone's control, such as road closures, weather conditions, flight delays, illness, or personal problems.
No refund for early departure or late arrival.

Rates and Reservations

2005/2006 Fall/Winter season rate (November 1, 2005 - March 31, 2006): $250 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum two-night stay.
2006 Spring/Summer season rate (April 1 - October 31, 2006): $350 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum three-night stay.
Holiday rate: $400 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum three-night stay.
2006/2007 Fall/Winter season rate (November 1, 2006 - March 31, 2007): $250 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum two-night stay.
All guests must be registered. Undeclared extra guests will be charged $50 per guest per day.
Add 10% county bed tax.
Creekside Retreat can accommodate 8 comfortably in 4 queen bedrooms, and up to 15 with a queen-size hide-a-bed couch, a queen-size futon, and 3 twin-size air mattresses. Please read our cancellation policy before you book.
